I believe anyone who desires change will grow during counseling.
Growth is accomplished faster and is longer lasting when we utilize our natural strengths.
Growth occurs when we release ourselves from our past, accept the present, and allow ourselves to move into the future.
I will be honest with you and I expect the same in return.
I do not want you to waste your time or your money. If I do not believe you are fully ready to create a healthier life for yourself I may suggest taking a break from counseling.
