Counseling Philosophy
I believe growth is possible for everyone. Growth happens with hard
work.
Our growth process is faster and longer lasting when we utilize our
natural strengths.
Growth occurs when we move from the past and into the present and
future.
I will be honest with you and I expect the same in return.
If I do not believe you are fully ready to create a healthier life for
yourself I may suggest taking a break from counseling. I do not
