Shipping and Returns Policies

Shipping Dates and Cost

Most orders are shipped within 2 working days of receipt.  If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within 7 days, we will notify you with an estimate of your shipping date and verify your intent to continue the transaction.

Shipping costs for orders from Patricia Lee LLC depend upon the method you choose and the weight of the items ordered.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  Shipping costs are computed at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.   Please contact us for instructions on returns.

Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a refund of 75% of the item's price. We will issue a refund of 50% of the item’s price for items returned within 30 days if the item:


If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request a replacement.  If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original and place another order for the item you wish to purchase.  You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.  Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once we receive them.
